The Terraces is the community in the drone-video hero that opens our site — the sweeping dusk aerial over the resort pool, clubhouse, and palm-lined grounds is Top Tier’s landscape construction. Across Phase 1 and Phase 2, it totals 1,200 units — and we self-performed the amenity courts: the pool and spa deck, the clubhouse courtyards, the fire terrace, and the palm-lined entry drive that sets the arrival sequence.
The site is also a landscape-lighting showcase. Low-voltage uplights wash the specimen palms after dark, string lighting warms the amenity courtyard and BBQ pergola, and the pool deck reads as an outdoor room well into the evening — the kind of night presence that keeps residents in the amenity spaces long after the sun is down.
