VRV is a 300-unit, 5- and 7-story wrap community with street-level retail on Stanton’s Beach Boulevard — directly across the street from Cloud House, which Top Tier also built. Together the two projects put more than 620 units of Top Tier landscape construction on a single block: resort pool courtyards, fire lounges, rooftop amenity spaces, and the street frontage that ties an emerging arts district together. Top Tier’s scope ran indoors as well — the interior landscape in the leasing lobby carries the planting palette from the courtyards into the building.
